Monday, November 12th

Half of a Pumpkin Crumb Cake from Natalia's Elegant Creations for breakfast.
A 'Spring Harvest' Sandwich $6.99 with a cup of Black Bean Adobo Chili from WF's for lunch. Tons of stuff on this new Sandwich including Asparagus, Avocado, Sprouts, Tomato, Onion, Carrots and Hummus. I felt really bad asking the girl behind the counter for it. After the Soup & Sandwich I had a Clif Bar and then a bag of Pretzels from the vending machine.
Tostadas for dinner...followed by three more of the same after I ate these three....
I think I may finally be full. WFH grub tomorrow.

I was originally seeking tostadas before settling on hard taco shells. I wasn't at WF, and the only ones I found had partially hydrogenated oil or lard. Gross! Where do you buy yours? There is something about the lettuce and the crunch of the shell. Yum! I'll be having them again this week.

Don't feel bad - she would have to dump out or clean the sandwich prep station at the end of her shift. You actually lightened her load. ;)

That sandwich sounds amazing! Don't feel bad about it, at least she was spending the time making a delicious vegan sandwich packed with tons of yummy veggies instead of something gross and meaty. What kind of Clif Bar did you have?

The tostadas look so delicious too. I bet it would be a great quick, simple meal that's also super delicious. I need to get on that.

Everything here looks so delicious. Lunch and dinner are both featuring avocado and that's always a good thing.

Hey Now!!!

Ingrid, this particular brand of Tostada Shell was called 'Ole' and I bought the bag at Walmart. There is no lard in these, however, there may be some of those toxic yellow & red food dyes. Nice try on making me feel better about working the Sandwich Girl...but I don't think so...

VaVa, I would've been fine with a less complex Sandwich (I certainly didn't need Carrots). I tell myself it was WF's that invented it and put it on the blackboard. It was a Cashew Fruit & Nut Bar and it was really excellent. Tostadas are definitely super delicious.

Miss Rachel, yeppers! A Double Avocado Day. I have been really hitting 'em out of the park lately (food-wise).

I don't doubt at all that cbd gummies are effective. However, I think that they are not able to help in many cases. For example, if a person has problems with sexual life, he'd better have a peek at these guys and read about them because cbd is useless here
