Two of my burnt month-old Blueberry Muffins were brought for breakfast because I knew they had to be better than the Blueberry Donut Holes I brought yesterday. They were.
Lunch enjoyed at Panache. The pink crisps with my Hummus were like a flaky pastry crust. Light and fun.Vegans often say that we eat a more varied diet than carnivores. Carnies (Small hands. Smell like cabbage.) never believe it. My "Panache Salad" is a perfect example of something I never would've eaten in a million years had both it and I not been vegan -- Endives, Green Apples, Dates and Cucumbers tossed with a Lemon Vinaigrette.
Back to same the old for dinner -- Tofu Scramble with Tofurky Italian Sausage and Potatoes.
The rest of the TJ's Cherry Chocolate Chip Soy Creamy for dessert...
A bottle of Charles Shaw Shiraz was imbibed as well.
