Well you certainly delivered on your promise!! Everything looks really delicious. I've been craving cold cereal lately and that kashi harvest is always a great choice. That sandwich looks perfect. And your tofu scramble looks great. I have tofu that I need to use up, I'm definitely going to make a scramble with it. Too bad I don't have tofutti though!! Chocolate and peanut butter, perfect!! Glad you recovered from your disappointment from yesterday's meals :)
((((Whew)))) Nice rebound from the crummy food day! Looks like a good bread for your sandwich there- hummus always makes for a tasty sandwich schmear. White chocolate peanut butter (why dont i have this yet?) and chocolate should guarantee sweet dreams tonight Ttrockwood@yahoo.com
Yea for delicious food days. "You got chocolate in my peanut butter!" "You got peanut butter on my chocolate!" "Delicious!" (Old Reese's ad.) Seriously it does look really good.
VaVa, cold cereal is one of the few simple pleasures in life. I do need to explore other brands. Thanks, I recovered from that nastiness, fortunately.
Molly, the idea of White Chocolate PB on Cherry Almond Chocolate just came to me in a rare moment of divine inspiration.
FF, I always use a one pound block of Tofu to make my Scramble (with a packet of TS Mix). Mr. SV has declared that he is 'sick of Tofu' Hence the leftovers.
Unknown, nice fresh Ciabatta bread FTW! And I did have some cool dreams last night come to think of it.
Ingrid, I'm still reliant on a packet of Fantastic Foods Tofu Scramble Mix. I added the TBSP of Tofutti Cream Cheese (awesome rec) and some chopped fresh Baby Spinach.
Miss Rachel, next time I'll get Chocolate on my Peanut Butter instead.

Looks like a great day! That white chocolate peanut butter on chocolate sounds perfect to me.
I had no idea there could be such a thing as leftover tofu scramble.

Well done on making up for yesterday.
Was this a homemade tofu scramble? Nice taters on the side. Kind of like breakfast-dinner.
