WTF Wednesday

Veganomicon's Blueberry Corn Pancakes for breakfast. Just for clarification, I am not making these fresh daily, they're reheated pancakes from the huge batch I made on Saturday. The berries are getting larger over time.
TJ's Crispy Tenders with Heinz-57 for lunch.
Field Roast Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy for dinner. Not the most summery meal, but at least there is no turning on the oven for Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.
Half a slice of Hazelnut Cake from Vegan Treats via Loving Hut for dessert.
Maybe tomorrow will involve a green vegetable.

Haha I love the growing blueberries. That's pretty awesome. Soon your blueberries will just eat the pancakes for you. Everything else looks yummy as always and that cake seriously looks ridiculously good. I need to hunt down some chocolate hazelnut cake.

The Blueberry Corn Pancakes certainly look freshly made, so they must reheat well!

Hmm. . .will it be salad? Asparagus? Green Beans? Celery?

Yeah, could use a little green vegetable, but otherwise looks good, especially that cake. There will be more time for oven-less eats this weekend as another heat wave is heading in.

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, I know. Why are the Blueberries growing like that? It's kid of embarrassing.

Ingrid, the Pancakes reheated amazingly well. It helps to drench them in Maple Syrup. It was: KALE!!!

Miss Rachel, 'oven-less eats' sounds like a good idea for a cookbook. With global warming, it could be a best-seller.
