WTF Wednesday

Raspberry/Banana Smoothie with Almond Milk, Chia Seeds and Hemp Protein Powder.

Smart Dogs and Wegman's Kansas BBQ Baked Beans for lunch.


Mr. SV brought home carryout for dinner from Sunflower-'Curry Supreme' (Chunks of Soy Protein served with Broccoli, Potatoes, Mushrooms, Carrots and Green Peas in a special Japanese Curry Sauce).




Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.
