So I'm on a freakiin IPad. Lost everything on my laptop. Food was exactly the same as Sunday.... 

The Genius at the Apple Store said my hard drive could no longer be read. Got some stuff from Whole Foods after the bad news...

The Lentil and Avocado Salad was particularly great...

But the Carrot Muffin had a funny taste, I ate it all anyway....

A beautiful Tiger Swallowtail this afternoon on some Liatris...

When one is presented with the opportunity of BiBimBob at lunch, one cannot say 'no'. Still, I didn't want to miss out on my Eggless Egg Salad meal for the day, so even though I was still stuffed from lunch, it was Eggless Egg Salad for dinner...

Sitting in a cube for nine hours tomorrow, so cube food on the agenda. Bye for now.

Yes, two days in a row. I gotta get it while I can....

Stopped into Whole Foods afterwards and picked up a few items. I'm hoping to eat more fruit this week, obvs, but am really looking forward to the Olives...The Lemonade is in case I want to mix with Vodka a la Ingrid...

Gonna be at least five days till I can get this again as well...

The Carrot Muffin is very good, there is no doubt....

Here is a Lady Bug hanging out on some Queen Anne's Lace...because she is a Lady....

Teddy did not enjoy her photo session this afternoon, but I explained that the public needs their critter fix...

'Tofu Scramble' at LPQ this morning. Still not on menu, but available if you ask, just without Mushrooms...

 I finally asked someone at Trader Joe's about the Lambrusco and Meatless Meatballs. Turns out, they do sell Lambrusco -- both Red & White. Duh! Not only that, the Meatless Meatballs will return within the next few days! Yay! No Speculoos Cookies though. Waaaah!....

Well worth popping in for all that stuff...

The Lambrusco is nice light slipping. I'll be returning for more. Thanks for another solid rec, Unknown!

The usual Salad-to-go for dinner...
