Yeah, Buddy!

Lunch was at Seasons 52, where I began with a deeply flavorful bowl of Vegetable Soup $5.35.

..and then moved on to the most insanely huge Vegetable Platter ever for $13. At the 12 o'clock are Snow Peas on top of spring Peas & Edamame. Sharing the bowl are Tabbouleh & young Onions. Broccoli at four o'clock. Roasted Squash at 5:30. Hiding under the Roasted Red Peppers are about six fledgling Carrots! Tofu at 11 o'clock. I hardly made a dent in this platter.

The leftover Roasted Red Peppers and Onions were enjoyed on an Yves Salami Sandwich w/Ian's Onion Rings for dinner.

Chocolate Cake for dessert.

Decent enough, but any recipe out of VCTOTW is better.

Sesame, Scallopini & Swirl

Sesame Noodles off the Whole Food's Salad Bar, plus some Tofu and Baby Bok Choy. Today's haul equaled exactly one pound/$7.99. That was kinda neat.

Bowl, Burger & Bar

Burrito Bowl from Chipotle for lunch.
WF's Veggie Burger w/Heinz-57, TJ's Tiny Taters and Baby Broccoli for dinner.
Blessed Mama's Chocolate Chip Pecan Bars for dessert. Having a stockpile of these in the fridge is like money in the bank (yes, I said it before). However, there is another dessert bar recipe on the horizon that may usurp these...(!)...

Not The Best Food Day

MaPo Tofu and a Spring Roll from PF Changs for lunch. It may look good, but in actuality, it was mega oily.
TJ's Chickenless Chicken with Tomato, Cucumber & Goddess Dressing for dinner. Yes, I composed this dinner by myself for myself, however, it tasted pretty darn bad over-all (except for the Olive).
Newman's Own Hermits for dessert. Impossible to go wrong here.

No Time To Think Of A Title

There's too much TV to watch. Spicy Turnips, Chana Masala and Lentils off Whole Food's hot bar..
followed by Asian Noodles, Hearts of Palm and Quinoa w/Garbanzos from the salad bar (sure the hot vegetables were more than enough food, but I didn't want to risk not being uncomfortably stuffed).
Hummus, Cucumber & Lemon on Sassy Sandwich Bread for dinner. Much better when the Lemons are thinly sliced.
Rice Milk Bar for dessert.
