You can barely see it.

GFHTummy, once you get back to NYC, the Groupons will come fast and furiously.

Alessandra, there were three thin toasted slices of Italian Bread under that pile of Tomatoes, Garlic, Onions, Basil and Balsamic. Very unusual presentation.

Ingrid, you were brave to try the cold Daiya. Guess I've had my vegan cheese hopes dashed one too many times.

Miss Rachel, funny you should say that. I am actually concerned about the Basil Leaf. We'll see tomorrow how The Leaf survived being wrapped up to go when I enjoy the pasta leftovers for dinner with some meatless meatballs.Vegan In The VIhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05987192418948736625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7817732670808777528.post-4200641629639831192012-09-01T17:06:19.453-04:002012-09-01T17:06:19.453-04:00The bruschetta looks super good, but my favorite t...The bruschetta looks super good, but my favorite thing is the coy little basil leave stuck in the pasta dish.Miss Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00551030274324691717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7817732670808777528.post-36863844799223997552012-09-01T17:05:24.212-04:002012-09-01T17:05:24.212-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.Miss Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00551030274324691717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7817732670808777528.post-49604077784610920042012-09-01T14:04:00.955-04:002012-09-01T14:04:00.955-04:00Wow, the Herb Split Pea looks fantastic! Can't wait to see what the rest of your soup-scription delivers!

Re: Daiya wedge eaten cold, I find it to be more reminiscent of Kraft or Velveeta more than a nice sharp cheddar. I still prefer it in its melted state.Ingridhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08233746363191114228noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7817732670808777528.post-2053071624534401752012-09-01T04:53:33.864-04:002012-09-01T04:53:33.864-04:00Is the bruschetta under all that?Is the bruschetta under all that?Alessandrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12616072198034545392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7817732670808777528.post-62453408684051536482012-08-31T23:21:37.391-04:002012-08-31T23:21:37.391-04:00sounds like a fabulous endeavor:) hehe and what a ...sounds like a fabulous endeavor:) hehe and what a delicious lunch!! i love groupon - i've only used it once, but it was such a great deal! and a soup subscription! I have found that I really enjoy thin pastas, but I haven't been able to find too many thin gluten free pastas. Spaghetti squash it is then ;)

The soupscription sounds fun! Today's soup sounds really delicious. It looks really comforting! The cookie looks great as always :)

Have fun with your endeavors tomorrow! :)xvavaveganxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06631140173063582288noreply@blogger.com
