Something inside me said I had to have an equal balance of black & orange gum drops for dessert. This is why I am not destined for greatness of any kind.

Unknown, I wanted something 'chewy' for dessert. Ugh! I'm so disgusting! Anyway, I didn't want to say anything about the WF's vegan muffins, but since you brought them up: a travesty. Shameful. That's what they are.

Sarah, I do owe myself a great dessert.

Hannah, per your explicit orders, I still have it on my agenda to make PB Waffles. You'll be happy to know that the TBLS of PB I added to the Soba dish didn't dissipate as expected. So essentially I kinda did have a spoonful o fPB WITH dinner.Vegan In The VIhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05987192418948736625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7817732670808777528.post-55618643346543669022014-02-12T12:39:29.219-05:002014-02-12T12:39:29.219-05:00You should make matcha waffles next. I'm glad ...You should make matcha waffles next. I'm glad you tried the pb trick, but perhaps just eating a spoonful after dinner would've been more satisfying. (One measly spoonful for an entire plate of food isn't quite powerful enough, methinks.)Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11495143040747871486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7817732670808777528.post-3327608111971166892014-02-12T09:05:49.463-05:002014-02-12T09:05:49.463-05:00I'm always a fan of the waffles for breakfast....I'm always a fan of the waffles for breakfast. I think I still have some pumpkin left from the fall, I should make some yummy waffles too. I don't think I realized how big that sandwich was the first time you posted it! It looks like it held up well. Sorry the noodles were a bust and the pb didn't help but at least it's all gone now. You owe yourself a great dessert tonight :)Sarah https://www.blogger.com/profile/11492583565520188461noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7817732670808777528.post-54602209092693918302014-02-11T23:22:16.090-05:002014-02-11T23:22:16.090-05:00Any reason to have maple syrup at breakfast is a g...Any reason to have maple syrup at breakfast is a good one. The sandwich looks good for leftovers! I haven't had a meatless loaf in forever.....i seem to make more patties and meatless balls.
Glad the soba situation is done with, you win some and you lose some with new recipes......
I have a hard time believing you didn't have better dessert options than some old halloween candy.....!? Hope that was the end of them and your tummy forgives you.

Oh good, glad your WF has the molasses ones! I gave up on the vegan muffins they have in the same case- they could learn something from LPQ! The matcha muffin will be in my near future....
TtrockwoodUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06663703136044038950noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7817732670808777528.post-3451239892645688112014-02-11T21:52:24.170-05:002014-02-11T21:52:24.170-05:00Hopefully the un-jazzed leftovers are now a thing ...Hopefully the un-jazzed leftovers are now a thing of the past. On to more interesting meals! The sandwich looks like it kept well from the weekend.

Grossness noted, but the design you created prior to ingestion is pretty great.Ingridhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08233746363191114228noreply@blogger.com
