Pepper Vege-Steak Burger $9.50 Grilled Vege-Steak (made of Yuba/Tofu Skin) with Green and Red Bell Peppers in a Black Pepper Sauce. Garnished with Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber slice and Mozzarella Soy Cheese with Organic Fries $3.50 from Lotus Vegetarian for lunch. Followed by enough TJ's Chocolate Salted Almonds to make me a little bit sick.
Dinner was a huge slab of the Lasagna that I made this weekend with Tofutti Ricotta.
After all the above grub, I was pretty heavily weighed down for the evening. Coming up tomorrow: more of the usual.
Susan V's Omelette for One, a Hash Brown and Smart Links for breakfast. This was my first time making a vegan Omelette and I was very happy with how it turned out, even if it doesn't look like the real thing. Once I get the hang of keeping it in one piece, I'll try some fillings.

We knew a bear had come through the yard last night cuz our backyard bird feeder was missing and the pole it was hanging from had been bent to the ground. At 4pm today, I looked out the kitchen window and saw this little baby looking for seconds. This was the best pic I could get on short notice.
