Pretty Damn Good Grub Today

Lunch was from Cafesano. A "zesty Avocado mix wrapped with Roma Tomatoes, Romaine, Scallions and Kalamata Olives." The Tomatoes and Olives weren't on display in the middle of the wrap, but they were there. Served with baked Lavash Chips and Red Pepper Hummus.
Veggie Dogs with TJ's Chili, Tater Tots and Fry Sauce for dinner....
A slice of WF's Blueberry Pie for dessert...

Not as easy as it looks.

Lunch was the Roasted Veggie Sandwich at Mom's Place...
Dinner was Martha Stewart's Black Bean and Brown Rice Cakes and Elise's Fry Sauce. Sweet Potato Fries on the side.
Dessert was Lemon Chia Fudge. This was one of the most unique things I've ever eaten in my life -- chocolatey and fruity all at once -- I am completely confounded by this dessert.

WTF Wednesday

I'm so proud that my readers better understand the acronym WTF than WFH. Lunch was a Nora sandwich made with Sabra Red Pepper Hummus on a toasted Ezekiel English Muffin, sliced Cucumber with Goddess Dressing on the side.
Dinner was leftover Cauliflower Dal with Panch Phoran.
Corn Cake for dessert (No buttah, cinnamon or jam)...

Mega Veggie Day

Lunch was a pound of Steamed Veggies and a cup of Spicy Red Lentil Chili. The Chili was way too delicious, so I decided to recheck the ingredients, and of course, there's butter in it. I swear it wasn't in there last time I checked! Major bummer.
Dinner was leftover Collard Greens with Tofurky Italian Sausage. Baked Potatoes with Sour Supreme instead of 'Corn Cake'. The pups weren't demanding Potatoes tonight, so I wound up eating two Baked Potatoes.
WF's Blueberry Pie for dessert. Mr. SV finished the Chocolate Pie yesterday for those playing along at home.
A bottle of Lost Vineyards Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon...

Seitan, Okara and...Cornbread...

Lunch was a Seitan Sandwich on Rye (with lots of Grainy Mustard) and a cup of Adobo Black Bean Chili...
Dinner was Okara Burgers and Tater Tots...
Dessert was something that until yesterday, I didn't even like -- Cornbread. This is non-Ozark Cornbread, i.e., it has sugar in it.
Lots of Charles Shaw Shiraz...

Thinking Of A Title Every Day Is Hard

Lunch was Asmar's Veggie Tuna Salad on toasted Ezekiel...
and looky looky!!!! It's baaaack!!! I already feel better.
Dinner was Collard Greens with Tofurky Italian Sausage and Wolfie's Buttermilk Cornbread (recipe from La Dolce Vegan)...
This is the first time I ever made Cornbread from scratch, I really liked the way it turned out.
Dinner was great, but I still felt the need for a Yves Bologna on Ezekiel while watching the football game.
Lot of Charles Shaw Shiraz....

Good Stuff Saturday

Lunch was the Roasted Veggie Sandwich at Mom's Place...Nice eh?
Based on Dianne's recommendation, dinner was Cauliflower Dal with Panch Phoran. This is an excellent recipe and makes a ton of food. Served on Barley. Thanks again, Dianne, your blog has positively influenced my life quite a few times (except for that award that totally bummed me out).
There was no dessert tonight due to a Netflix movie that didn't end till after 8pm (aka bedtime). I did, however, treat myself to a $4.99 bottle of Harthill Farm Cabernet Sauvignon..because I'm worth it.
